Cuddle Creek – COMMERCIAL LICENSE ONE SINGLE Collection or ONE Single Illustration

It gives you the right to use any purchased item in a PERSONAL or COMMERCIAL PROJECT and sell it up to 500 times (restrictions apply, please continue to read).

If you will be using my illustrations in your personal (not for profit) projects, you do not need to purchase a license.
If you decide you want to sell your not for profit creations, you MUST purchase a license – you may contact me at anytime for assistance.

This license does not grant any copyrights.

This Commercial License allows you to use ONE SINGLE IMAGE CLIPART KIT/SET  from Cuddle Creek to create an End Product (one single product) for commercial use (up to 500 units) with no credit required.

Your receipt confirms right for commercial use – no document or physical product will be sent to you.

Please note that one License = one project. If you are purchasing multiple sets/images to use in designs/creations you sell – you will need a license for each one.
Example – if you buy 3 sets/images, you will need to buy 3 licenses.
Please let us know which sets/images will be used with your license during checkout or via message.

No physical or downloadable items will be sent to you, your receipt is your proof of purchase.

– By purchasing this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Cuddle Creek.

• First, add the COLLECTION or SINGLE IMAGE clip art set you want to purchase commercially to your cart.

• Then, add this Commercial License to your cart. This is good for ***ONE (1) CLIPART ACCENT SET or ONE SINGLE IMAGE ILLUSTRATION

• If you wish to purchase multiple aimages or sets of my Clip Art, please add that number of licenses to your cart.

• Note which set (s) you are using this license for in the text box.

• Please note when you purchase this license you acknowledge that you read and understand the terms of the license.

• No item will be shipped or emailed to you for the License(s). Your receipt serves as a means of your acceptance of the License(s).

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT …

This listing is for a COMMERCIAL LICENSE applied to ONE CLIPART ACCENT SET  or ONE IMAGE ILLUSTRATION of my Clipart in my shop:. By purchasing this license, you can use the illustrations in your product for sale with NO CREDIT REQUIRED.

ONE License = ONE project. If you’re creating Wall Art, you can create product variations (other wall art or wall decals) from the same Clipart Set, but if you want to create another product such as Party Supplies, you’d need another License.

The Commercial License is good for up to up to 500 items sold or less.

COMMERCIAL USES INCLUDE:

• Items for sale (including products AND flattened digital download products such as invitations, cards, wall art, etc).

• Logo Designs (No logos can be created WITHOUT adding a Commercial License) Logos are subject to approval – no Cuddle Creek artwork may be used on adult brands

• Website, Social Media, and Blog Banners (again, Commercial License needed)

– If creating templates or themes you MUST not include my images as is or flattened. If your customers want the images they must purchase them.

• When creating your products with Cuddle Creek artwork you must create it so that is notably different than just a stand alone clip art. You must combine elements to make it your own exclusive layout. We regularly check to make sure products made with Cuddle Creek artwork are complying to our terms.

Cuddle Creek LLC reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time without notice.

NOT ALLOWED with Commercial License:

• Since this is SMALL USE ONLY, most likely 500  will be sufficient. Other licensing is available and you are welcome to contact us for inquiries

• Re-selling illustrations as your own clip art (that includes using some of my art with some other art or font), stock art, etc.

• DO NOT use these illustrations to sell products created on sites like (but not limited to): Spoonflower, Wayfair, and other large retail companies. Do not use these illustrations on flash sale companies like (but not limited to) zulily, One King’s Lane, etc. Do not sell these images to online stores for them to use. This is strictly for small commercial website use, Etsy, and Amazon Handmade use.

• This license does NOT include taking images and making them into stencils, cross stitch, cut files, etc. If you are wanting to do something like that please contact me for a different license. These “kits” or “patterns” can only be sold small scale such as Etsy, Amazon Handmade, personal website. This is strictly for SMALL commercial use.

• If you have any questions on creating that product with my images, please send me a message.

• DO NOT Claim the illustrations as your own.

By purchasing this Commercial License, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the design on your products. All copyrights and intellectual copyrights are retained by Cuddle Creek LLC (Tamara Dooley)
